When will my order be dispatched?
Auckland Area orders will be Dispatched Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is to ensure that the package is not held at NZ Post over the weekend.
(Cut off time for Wednesday dispatch is Tuesday 4pm)
North Island : Via Nz Post Ambient Network orders will only be dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays ( Cut off time Monday 4pm )
South Island : Main Centers and Towns ONLY ( NO RURAL DELIVERY ) Via Nz Post Ambient Network orders will only be dispatched on Monday ( Cut Off time SUNDAY 4pm, 1-2 days delivery time )
How is my order Sent?
We use NZ Post to distribute your order. The Product is put in a box with ices packs and a WOOLCOOL lining to keep the product cool. This can keep the product cool for up to 48hrs.
Local Pick Up: You will be sent a pick-up notification (within 24hrs of placing your order) When your order is ready to be collected. Local pick-up days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm until 4 pm.
