Lets face it, having dietary restrictions of any kind can be challenging. We have tried to answer the most common questions here. Should you have any further questions, get in touch and we will try our best to answer these.
Do your Products meet the New Zealand Food Standards?

Yes we have been certified by MPI and we have our own Food Control Plan

What about other allergens?

A lot of the products are not only gluten free. While extra care is taken to mark the products as such, please always read the manufacturers label of ingredients to make sure the product is safe for you to eat. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

The average chilled shelf life of our products is between 3-4 weeks. They can be frozen for up to 3 months. However, we do believe that they will not last that long as they are far too good to be kept in your fridge 😊 

How long does my order take?

We have partnered with a national courier network, NZ Post, to deliver your Small Goods Meat Box. All our products are packed with slow temper gel-ice packs in a wool lined box to keep your meat chilled both during the delivery and also sitting at your door.

If you are getting your order delivered to a business address, please ensure you have a chilled place to store your meat till your head home at the end of the day.
Most orders will be delivered between 9am-5.00pm on your chosen day.

We know how busy weekdays can be so you don’t need to be home when we deliver; we can leave your order in a designated area outside, just let us know by including clear delivery instructions on your account/ check out.

Outside of the Auckland area Orders Dispatched Monday for Tuesday / Wednesday delivery .

Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes you will be sent a pick-up notification (within 24hrs of placing your order) When your order is ready to be collected. Local pick-up days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12pm until 4 pm.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is Calculated at Checkout based on Total weight and Distance using NZ Post Calculator.

Do you deliver to the South Island?

Yes, we do.

In an effort to service ALL of the country we have to pass these costs on, we hope South Island customers understand.

Freight is Calculated at checkout , based on weight and Distance

Can I become a Wholesale Customer?

Yes, you can
If you own a business, you can click on the Wholesale Account Login
at the top right of this page. Follow the prompts on FRESHO to sign up or login as an existing wholesale customers. You will need to also complete a credit Application Form attached for New Wholesale Customers .
